In the U.S. alone, over 30 million patients per year are prescribed care via paper and fax. The ordering process is long, complicated, and yields a 83% error rate. Discharges are delayed and patients are having to spend more time in care facilities.

Since launching in New York 2017, we’ve helped more than 100,000 patients, grown across 19 states, and partnered with 4 of the top 10 ranked hospitals, 5 of the top 15 largest nursing facility chains, and 5 of the 10 largest home health agencies.
We are looking for an engaged, passionate, and super organized person to oversee our entire life-cycle recruiting process. We’re growing rapidly; at the beginning of 2017 we were 11 people and now we’re passing 30 and growing. You will be our first in-house recruiter, and will have tremendous autonomy to establish and implement best in class recruiting practices.
What You'll Do
Manage the the full life-cycle recruiting process
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring objectives and business needs
Review resumes and identify appropriate candidates for each position
Coordinate with hiring managers to screen and schedule qualified applicants interviews;
Provide high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
2-5 years experience as in-house recruiter at a growing tech company
History of leadership and effectively balancing competing priorities
Enthusiastic about identifying key talent
Passionate about improving patient outcomes in the healthcare space!
