Collaborate closely with both our internal engineering team and external stakeholders.
Develop, monitor, and maintain technical integrations between our customers’ EMRs and Parachute’s core systems.
Use a combination of standards-based and custom data interchange formats to achieve interoperability efficiently and effectively.
Develop internal tooling to facilitate interface analysis, testing, and monitoring.
Help evolve our engineering best practices.
2-4 years experience working in a production environment.
At least 1 year hands-on experience working with HL7 2.x, FHIR, EDI X12 using an integration engine such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, Ensemble, etc. (We use Mirth.).
Sound understanding of basic data structures, algorithms, relational databases, and web services.
Familiar with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, etc).
Experience with Ruby on Rails.
Experience with project management.
