Parachute Health - Account Manager (NY, TX, CA, OH)

In the U.S. alone, over 30 million patients per year are prescribed care via paper and fax. The ordering process is long, complicated, and yields a 83% error rate. Discharges are delayed and patients are having to spend more time in care facilities.

In the year since launch, we’ve helped more than 70,000 patients. Founded and launched in New York, we’ve grown across 19 states and partnered with 4 of the top 10 ranked hospitals, 5 of the top 15 largest nursing facility chains and 5 of the 10 largest home health agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for growing and managing an existing geography of healthcare providers and vendors

  • Create new, and maintain existing relationship with providers and vendors (hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, DME vendors, etc.)

  • Manage the vendor onboarding and facility roll-out process for new vendors

  • Introduce new verticals to the existing DME offering (home health, ambulette services, etc.)

  • Work with our business development team to sell and onboard large healthcare systems

  • Provide regular reporting and learnings on market performance.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years minimum of healthcare, consulting, investment banking, or operations management experience

  • Strong networking skills for building both internal and external relationships

  • Customer centric tendencies and account management ability

  • Enthusiastic about using technology to better patient outcomes

  • Able to switch between short term tasks and long term strategy
