In the U.S. alone, over 30 million patients per year are prescribed care via paper and fax. The ordering process is long, complicated, and yields a 83% error rate. Discharges are delayed and patients are having to spend more time in care facilities.

Since launching in New York 2017, we’ve helped more than 100,000 patients, grown across 19 states, and partnered with 4 of the top 10 ranked hospitals, 5 of the top 15 largest nursing facility chains, and 5 of the 10 largest home health agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and manage an accurate user pipeline

  • Make daily outbound calls in order to close users who are interested in using our digital ordering platform

  • Understand different customer personas and curate your pitch to fit

  • Produce step by step demonstrations to encourage users to utilize the platform

  • Become an expert in the Parachute platform and be able to handle objections

  • Exceed monthly sales goals

  • (Remote candidates) Be able to thrive in a remove work environment that is results oriented

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales, account management, customer service, or healthcare experience

  • Strong networking skills for building both internal and external relationships

  • Customer centric tendencies and a competitive mindset to hustling new business opportunities

  • Ability to discuss healthcare systems with medical professionals

  • Enthusiastic about using technology to better patient outcomes

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred
